I am a Senior Lecturer at Georgia State University Perimeter College. I currently teach Human Communication, Media, Culture, & Society, Argumentation, Introduction to the Humanities, and Public Speaking.

I earned my Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Colorado State University, where I focused on utilizing interpersonal and media theory to analyze the growth of online fitness content. Now, my teaching focuses on exploring the historical roots of political and social conflicts in the United States and how they impact our daily communication. 

When I am not teaching, I am coaching CrossFit, riding my skateboard with my husband, Max, playing chess, reading, or cuddling with my two golden retrievers Maeve and Honey and my cat Julius who we lovingly refer to as "the boi."
